DESCRIPTION
Modernisation, extension and functional optimisation of an existing nursing home in Warsaw for a luxury senioral housing. Functional programme includes a new rehabilitation facilities such as siwmming pool and gym. The common areas – drawing room, dining room, library and therapeutical spaces are redesigned and extended. Residential floors consist 5 wards with total number of 50 individual rooms with bathrooms.
